How does it work?

Step 1
Strategic review
We assess potential synergy and the strategic value a business unit could bring to House of Contracting. We also discuss your organisation’s goals and expectations regarding a possible divestment.
Step 2
Due diligence and valuation
If both parties are confident an acquisition can bring added value, we begin a negotiation process. This starts with a presentation from House of Contracting that includes a non-binding, indicative offer. Following successful negotiations, this stage is concluded with the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Step 3
Transition and integration
Once the LOI has been signed, due diligence begins. If the findings are positive, the transaction is finalised through a purchase agreement and the required notarial procedures.
