Our contractors specialise in Structural Steel, Piping & Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation. They provide technical solutions either independently or as part of a multidisciplinary contractor team.

We have a flexible pool of skilled specialists for both technical execution and project support. This allows for rapid scaling and gives clients direct access to experienced experts, without relying on third parties.

Determines the course of House of Contracting and safeguards the balance between strategy and real-world execution. With extensive experience in the construction and process industries, Frits focuses on growth and collaboration while preserving the entrepreneurial spirit that drives our contractors’ success.
Tom Schreuder, CFO
Responsible for the financial health of House of Contracting. Tom combines strategic insight with a pragmatic approach, ensuring the collective grows in a sound and controlled manner.
Willem Ketelaars, General Counsel
Willem is a corporate lawyer with both broad and in-depth legal expertise across all domains relevant to our businesses, including employment law, corporate law, and all common contract types in a project-based environment. His working style is defined by a pragmatic approach to legal matters and clear, accessible communication with all stakeholders, from executive leadership to project management.
Vincent Laracker, Managing Director Structural Steel
Vincent's passion lies in building organizations and delivering complex structures. With his technical and commercial background, he has an excellent understanding of how the Structural Steel companies within House of Contracting can be further developed and grown.
Kay Radtke, Managing Director Piping & Mechanical
With his many years of experience in engineering and contracting, Kay has a solid understanding of the challenges clients face in a dynamic and continuously changing market. Thanks to his strong technical and commercial background, he is able to set the right course and translate opportunities into sustainable results. This expertise enables him to strategically lead the Piping & Mechanical business line and drive further growth.
Mark Bambacht, Managing Director Electrical & Instrumentation
Mark has a background in engineering and execution and has a deep understanding of customers’ needs in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation. With his extensive experience in this discipline, he is the driving force behind the growth and development of this discipline within House of Contracting.

Jodien van Gennip - Dane, Manager Business Development & Marketing

She combines her experience in HR, sales and operations with a solution-focused approach, ensuring that clients find the right partner for their project.
