Step 1
Introductory meeting
We explore potential synergies and the strategic value your company could bring to House of Contracting. We also discuss your goals and what matters most to you in a possible acquisition.
Step 2
Negotiation
If both sides agree there's a strong fit, we begin the negotiation phase. This starts with a presentation by House of Contracting, which includes a non-binding, indicative offer. Following successful negotiations, this stage concludes with the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI).
Step 3
Due dilligence and completion
Once the LOI has been signed, due diligence begins. If the findings are positive, the transaction is finalised through a purchase agreement and the required notarial procedures.

Pressure Equipment
