Marine Service Noord acquired by House of Contracting

MSN B.V. and its sister companies, Impas B.V. and Tehado Engineering B.V., have been acquired by House of Contracting NL B.V. The acquisition follows a careful process in which both parties conducted extensive research into future opportunities and strategic fit.

In early spring, Niek Koops was approached by House of Contracting. “After a period of careful evaluation by both parties, I have made a well-considered decision to sell the companies. This choice ensures the continuity of the business and aligns with the current stage of my life,” says Niek.

The acquisition by House of Contracting strengthens both organizations. House of Contracting is a group of companies with many years of experience in the process industry in the fields of structural steel, piping & mechanical, and electrical & instrumentation. Through both acquisitions and organic growth, House of Contracting aims to build a strong collective of contractors that increases market opportunities through mutual synergy and international collaboration.
